Bug Description

As reported by David, if you build Zorba without javac being available, you get

Scanning dependencies of target JavaTest
[ 0%] Building Java objects for JavaTest.jar
/bin/sh: 1: Java_JAVAC_EXECUTABLE-NOTFOUND: not found
make[2]: *** [test/rbkt/modules/java/CMakeFiles/JavaTest.dir/java_compiled_JavaTest] Error 127
