Bug Description
A project name (say, foo.bar) seems to be converted to "foobar" by zopeproject.
This is okay for foobar-ctl and foobar-debug, but not desirable in other places. When I run zopeproject foo.bar, I expect that src/foo/bar should be created, instead of src/foobar.
