Five manage_interfaces: improper i18n and uses global domain

Bug Description

The edit_markers.pt template marks interface names as translatable; I wouldn't make these translatable.
Please consider removing the i18n:translate from lines 27, 33, 50 in revision 96262 or at least set an i18n_domain (to zope or five). No domain is specified now, so the global one is used ("default").
