BTreeFolder2 objectIds skips objects that have to meta_type

Bug Description

This change:

http://svn.zope.org/Zope/trunk/lib/python/Products/BTreeFolder2/BTreeFolder2.py?rev=41421&r1=41189&r2=41421

...means that objects without a meta_type can be stored in a BTreeFolder2 but won't show up in the results of the BTreeFolder2's objectIds() method.
