zopectl reload not working

Hi,

zopectl reload gives me an error:

Error: positional arguments are not supported
For help, use /home/andreas/zope27/lib/python/Zope/Startup/zopectl.py -h
Configuration not reloaded

Note that the 'reload' verb is not likely to do what you expect:
it causes the *controller* process (zopectl itself) to reparse
its command line / reload its config file. It has *no* effect on
the daemonized child at all.

This is still broken in 2.9.3.

Although it was mentioned by tseaver that "It has *no* effect on the daemonized child at all". Actually I really find it usefull because you don't need to restart the whole zope when experimenting with the zope.conf file

While the command might not be particular useful, the error still persists in Zope 2.12.
