encoding problem in properties.dtml

When changing properties of objects using Properties tab and using cyrillic characters, error occurs with message "UTF-8 decoding error: invalid data". That problem can be easily solved if remove all encoding-dependable features from file Ofs/dtml/properties.dtml, as actually is already done in other dtml files, which save properties. folderAdd.dtml for example.
I would be glad if described change to be included in nearest release.

Please followup on this. At least provide a traceback or a receipe to reproduce the bug. What's your browser ? Could you examine the REQUEST that is received ?
