Site Error Log does not ignore NotFound in 2.7

Bug Description

2.7 seems to raise NotFound whenever traversal fails, which is great. However, the Site Error Log does not ignore NotFound (only Unauthorized), thus all traversal failures (such as browsers looking for favicon.ico etc.) will show up. A patch is included.
