TAL: Inconsistent slot filling with nested macros

Bug Description

Suppose, you have nested macros definition like
macro
  macro_1
    slot_1_1
  macro_2
    slot_2_1

When you use "macro" with slot "slot_2_1",
"slot_2_1" is correctly replace from the
macro use.

However, when you use "macro" with "fill-slot"
for both "slot_1_1" and "slot_2_1", then
only "slot_1_1" is replaced but "slot_2_1"
remains unchanged (from the definition).
