Bug Description
zope.sendmail has documentation and tests for mail events, but these events are never actually generated. They are decoys.
The README.txt file lists them under problems:
* The IMailSentEvent and IMailErrorEvent events aren't used and can't be used
(you don't want to send emails during the commit phase).
They should be ripped out. Decoys are bad.
