Some tests contain non-free copyright

Files src/zope/pagetemplate/tests/*/teeshop*.html have a copyright notice in the footer:

      Copyright © 2000
      <a href="http://www.4-am.com">4AM Productions, Inc.</a>.
      All rights reserved.

This means that these files have a different, non-free licence, and therefore cannot be distributed under the terms of ZPL. This was discovered when a debian package was uploaded to Ubuntu, see http://revu.ubuntuwire.com/p/zope.pagetemplate for discussion and solution that was applied (the tarball had to be repackaged with tests removed).

These tests have to be removed or rewritten.

4-am.com is the company Evan Simpson owned / operated for before coming to
Digital Creations in 2000. He originally prototyped page templates before
that date, but was working for the company when those files were first
checked into the CVS repository (2001-03-23). The copyright was jointly
assigned under the terms of his employment agreement, and can thus be
fixed in place to correspond to repository policy.
