The zope.dependencytool option -a|-all was broken.
I checked in a fix, but I'm not sure if other parts
are working as excepted since this part was broken.
And there are no tests where I can see what exactly
should be returned.

TODO:
- Check if the result with -a|-all option is correct
- Add more tests which test the -a|-all usecase

Okay, I checked the -a option and it works. This means it is acceptable for the release. I leave the issue open though, as a reminder that we need more tests.

I have know way at all to tell whether this issue is still valid: the $ZSVN/zope.dependency tree is two years newer than the original post, and contains no history from the time before the top-level project was created.
