Bug Description
Observe:
>>> from zope.container.
>>> oc = OrderedContainer()
>>> oc['foo'] = None
>>> oc.keys()
['foo']
>>> oc.values()
[None]
Traceback (most recent call last):

KeyError: 'foo'
