Bug Description

This is a continuation of bug 497780. The feature implemented therein adds pickle sizes to ZODBBrowser, but doesn't handle multi-object BTrees.

Plan: replace IObjectHistory.loadPickledState with .getPickleSize. Have a custom implementation in OOBTreeHistory that sums the sizes of all the buckets.
