Bug Description

Probing (after a successful probe) gives me:

[Fri Nov 20 03:24:10 2009] [error] [client 202.70.146.168] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Zend_View_Helper_FormCheckbox in /opt/zivios/zivios-panel/application/library/Zend/View/Helper/FormCheckbox.php on line 38, referer: https://202.141.252.162:20443/

This error stays till I restart Apache.

Does disabling the APC module take the issue away?
