When removing the only remaining sync source, the following exception is raised:
Exception: Invalid value in parameter: emsntpserver
Please also note that the transaction status shows up as "Initialize", with an option to rollback, which in-turn throws an exception saying "Cannot rollback transaction in initialize status".
The system shouldn't offer the rollback option unless it can be run.
