Add Customizable ToolBar, ability to add Menu Items/Icons

Just discovered Zim, great alternative to kjots. Much leaner/faster/stable & text based files.

Would be really nice to able to customize toolbar to add MenuItems/Icons, e.g. a "New Page" button, etc.

This would be especially convenient for action which cannot be called by keyboard shortcuts, e.g. "Search backlinks..."
