"Save Version" errors if "bzr whoami" was not run

Bug Description

"Save version" fails if "bzr whoami" was not run. The problem is, that the error message says that there were no changes in the notebook. This message is wrong as there were changes and bzr failed because of something else. This was a major issue for a new user that installed bzr and zim for the first time.

It would be nice if it would display a hint that bzr needs setup (instead of saying that there were no changes).

This is probably related to bug #717378

I don't think that Zim needs to support the bzr operations to fix the problems, but it should display the Bazaar error message and not the NoChangesError. Maybe with a link to Bazaar docs (or internal help with hints).
