Bug Description

I'm looking for a personal wiki that can organize my copious text files I keep in a single folder and need to find something that would allow me to continue using spaces in the titles (not only to avoid conversion, but mainly for speed of creating new notes on the fly, including on my phone). Zim seems to be the best of all options if this can be fixed. If its not a big problem I'd like to request that feature. I would guess that other's would like that added flexibility as well.

Many thanks,
Dave

I assume you mean to allow spaces in file names as used by zim ? THe
title of the note can be anything and include spaces.

So this must be out dated then?

"*Pages in Zim*
Pages in Zim are stored as text files in normal folders and subfolders in
your file system.
The file name is used as page name. The hierarchical structure is similar to
the one appearing in the index. The file names should contain *no blanks*;
instead use underlines. So a filename can look like this:
"Help_on_creating_notebooks.txt" or "HelpOnCreatingNotebooks.txt".

either that or I'm misunderstanding the context?

No, this is correct. However in your description of the issue you talk
about "title" not about "file name", so my comment was that I assume
you mean "file name" instead of "title". The note title (heading) is
part of the file content and is not restricted.
