Sidepane Drag & drop isn't working on windows

Bug Description

Drag and drop to sort pages in the sidepane is no longer working in version 0.49 (in windows 7). In version 0.48 it did work.

I can confirm this occurs on Windows Vista with 0.49 as well. Does not
occur on Ubuntu with Jaap's DEB for 0.49.

Looks like this depends on the libraries used. Running 0.49 with my manual install I can not reproduce this, but using the windows installer from the website I do see the issue.

Not sure what triggers it - Gtk version ?

I've run into the same issue (lp:zim r390, running from source, not using the provided installer)

using Python 2.7.1, pygtk-all-in-one-2.22.6.win32-py2.7.msi

It's really annoying to organize the namespaces without drag and drop feature.

Afraid I have no fix available - not even a clue of what to fix. I suspect
this is a windows specific bug in Gtk itself.

I know - I use zim myself a lot on windows as well :(
