Zim doesn't remember the default Notebook

Bug Description

I'm using Zim 0.48 on Windows XP SP3 and selecting a default Notebook in the Open Notebook windows is not remember at the next run.

Zim alway prompt for the selection of the Notebook when opening.

Step to reproduce :
1. Open Zim - the Open Notebook windows promt you to select a Notebook
2. Select a Default notebook un the drop down list
3. Click on 'OK' button
4. The notebook get open.
5. Close Zim
6. Open zim

Current behaviour : Zim prompt for the notebook again.
Expected behaviour : Zim should open the default notebook selected in the previous run.

Just spent some time testing on Windows XP but can't reproduce this. Could you check the error log when running with "zim -D" ?

I can confirm the behavior on winXP with the same zim version 0.48.
Unfortunatly I can not find anything related in the debug output (see
below).

So with this notebook.list file does it open the default correctly
("Notes" in this case) ? Does the notebook.list file change correctly
when changing the default in the dialog?

Reason for asking is that the bug can be in two areas: either the
dialog does not update the files correctly or the dialog updates the
file correctly, but zim does not open the default correctly.

Since I can not reproduce it myself bit stabbing in the dark which
direction to search.

When I start zim, the select notebook dialog appears and the field
"default notebook" is empty. Changing this to "Statistics" changes the
entry in notebook.list. However, with the next start, the select
notebook dialog is shown again and the default field is empty again.

So I guess, the latter ist the case.
Tell me, If you need any further information. Currently I am using 0.48
on windows, but I can try the repository version, if this is needed.

I gave rev 317 a try and the behavior changes.

After the first start, zim asks again for the default notebook and
writes the selection in the notebook.list (and unfortunatly crashes
afterwards, but i this is not related and will be reported separatly).
The next time, it crashed directly (same reason), and in the debug
output

So I assume in the current revision, the bug no longer exists.
