[feature request] custom font size for index tree

In the preference dialog it is possible to set a custom font and font-size for the page view.
Is it possible to apply this setting also to the font used in the index tree?

I can give the widget a name so you can customize it using the gtkrc
file - would that be enough ?

Yes, that would be fine. I would use it only on the maemo device, where
the default font size (of the theme I am using) is very large.

Will commit the fix in rev301. Gave the page index a name so it can be referred from the gtkrc and added an example in the manual how to use that.
