Bug Description
When using +mypage or :mypage syntax , Russian locale is not interpreted as links.
So, writing +<russian> (or :<russian>) on the page doesn't converts to link
US-English works fine.
zim 0.47 on Debian
Python version is (2, 5, 5, 'final', 0)
python-gtk2 is 2.17.0-2
