Bug Description

The following wiki code should display a strikethrough link (Formatting is applied by the zim):

~~http://www.heise.de~~

Instead it displays the tilde characters.

This is because we first parse links before parsing these wiki codes. Reason for that is that URLS can contains all kinds of characters, including "~~". Will need to figure out a more intelligent way to parse this.

Suggestion:
~~http://some.domian.tld/file~~ should render as a strike-through link
~~http://some.domian.tld/file\~\~ should render as a tilde tilde link
~~http://some.domian.tld/file%7e%7e should render as a tilde tilde link
~~http://some.domian.tld/fi~~le should render as a strike-through link
~~http://some.domian.tld/fi~~le~~ should render as a strike-through link followed by le~~
~~http://some.domian.tld/fi\~\~le~~ should render as a strike-through link
~~http://some.domian.tld/fi%7e%7ele~~ should render as a strike-through link
Backslash works as escape and will not be part of a link.
