Bug Description
From time to time I found that the lists exported to latex code are still (Bug #590882) missing the begin and end itemize tags. Now I think I found a way to reproduce this problem:
1. (Re)start zim
2. create a new page
3. add a list to the page and export it (single page with article template) to latex
Result: Latex code is is missing the begin and end itemize tags.
4. Close zim (also the daemon) and start a new zim instance
5. Do the same export again
Result: Latex code is valid.
I did this two times with the same result.
OS is Ubuntu 10.4 with zim 0.47, a full debug log of the two zim sessions is attached.

Do not know, whether this is related, but these lines from the debug log are a bit irritating:
... zim/templates/ latex/Article. tex
INFO: Loading template from: /usr/share/
INFO: Exporting x100:Test
INFO: used document type: report
...
Why article vs. report?
