ZIm 0.45 Error creating new notebook

Bug Description
1. Create new notebook. White page appears (used to have a title & creation date, this is already odd, is it unexpected?)
2. Write some text and press ctrl+S. Error dialog appears:
> Could not save page: Home

> BUG: Can not store a page without content
>
> To continue you can save a copy of this page or discard
> any changes. If you save a copy changes will be also
> discarded, but you can restore the copy later.
Note:
On startup, zim complains about not finding a handler for logger zim.fs (linux), and there is a similar error in Windows (but it displays the python call stack)
