Problems pasting text with []

When I try to copy-paste list items of a [] list via Ctrl-V Ctrl-C from one page to another in the same notebook, I get an error such as:

I must discard the changes and try again. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. If I figure out under which conditions exactly the problem occurs, I will post back.

I think I found the cause and added a test for it. At least made the error less fatal. Committed in rev 176.
