Page name graphic makes drag and drop difficult

Bug Description

When dragging a page to a new place in the Index, there should not be a graphic of the page name. While this is a nice visual effect, it makes it difficult to land the page in the correct place as it blocks the view of the Index.

Firefox 3.x suffers from this same problem, however, in Firefox one can disable the effect. Please add an option to disable to Zim as well. Thanks!

I just tried this, but fail to see the problem. As this is standard behavior for gtk treeviews I have no strong feeling either way, but looks good to me as is.

The problem is that the graphic itself covers the line which shows where the page will be placed. The workaround is to drag a bit to the sides, but even that is limited as the mouse must stay over the tree widget.

This may be a general GTK issue, I do not know as I do not use other GTK apps with tabs (other than Firefox, which lets the user configure this).

Still don't really see the problem. Will accept patches that make this a usability option.

In Firefox one can disable this effect with the option: nglayout.enable_drag_images [false]. Is this a simple GTK option that can be toggled, then? I'm not a GTK dev, I wouldn't know where to look for such an option (I've googled but not found it).

Thanks.

Looking at the API doc for the TreeView widget I can't find any option or
setting for this. So will not be easy without digging into the actual gkt
source code :(
