Notebooks should be opened with the Index compacted

Bug Description
Currently, when notebooks are first opened the entire Index hierarchy is expanded. It would be much easier to navigate if the hierarchy were compacted upon opening a notebook. Alternatively, the open/closed Index items could be returned to the state that they were in when the notebook was closed.
Note: If the Zim Tray Icon is left running then notebooks open with their previous Index state intact. It is only when the Tray Icon is closed that the Index state is lost and te entire Index hierarchy is expanded.

There is a setting in preferences to have the list collapsed or expanded at start.
The request to remember state when opening sounds like a extra requirement for bug #269042, so marking as duplicate.
