New mechanism for moving pages

Bug Description

There should be a mechanism besides drag and drop for moving pages. Currently, this is possible in the Rename dialog. However, Rename is not the place for moving pages. See related bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/zim/+bug/269076

I propose two mechanisms:
1) A Rename option in the Index context menu
2) A Rename option in the Edit menu

I'm not clear what the request is here. There is a "rename page" in the context menu and in the File menu.

Changed in zim:
status: New → Incomplete

The term "Moving" in hierarchically organized environments (file managers, list managers, similar environments) refers to a node retaining it's name (the last element in the path) yet receiving a new location in the hierarchy.

The term "Rename" in hierarchically organized environments refers to a node retaining it's path with the exception of last path element. This last path element is usually called the name.

I do not want to be argumentative, but Zim breaks convention in that the term "name" refers to the full path. This is why I suggest a new function for changing the path of a file while retaining it's name (Moving). The "rename" function would be more intuitive if it were broken into two separate functions, which is why I filed two separate bug reports on the issue.

OK, in that case I file it as a duplicate. To my mind splitting rename into rename and move is a single request.
