Bug Description

Various dialogs that allow resizing should remember their size:
* OpenNotebook
* Search
* EquationEditor
* TODOList
* ...

Alternative / additional ideas would be to ensure that the Open Dialog is large enough to list the first N notebooks (N configurable), or always open to x*y size (x, y configurable). As it is, the current configuration only shows four notebooks on my system, so the first thing that I do when opening Zim is to resize.

Base class for dialogs should save state for dialog size on resize.
Do not directly trigger saving the config file, but do flag state as modified for saving it later.

In the python branch all dialogs derived from the base Dialog class remember their size
