sourceview plugin should be ported to go the gobject introspection bindings of gtksource instead of pygtksourceview

pygtksourceview is completely dead upstream. It has been superseded by the gobject-introspection bindings, gir1.2-gtksource-3.0.

The sourceview plugin should be updated to use the new bindings instead of the old python module. This has been initially reported in Debian: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=881464
