Wrong order when sorting with accented characters

Bug Description
When I sort lines that start with words like É, Ô, À, they will not be part of other lines that start with E, O, etc. These letters have a difference in sound only, but they are the same letters like E, O, A, etc. Please see image for an example. I'll be grateful if you can fix this problem. Thanks!
