Cannot attach file, nor create attachment folder in 0.66 (Win 7 64Bit)

Bug Description

Hi.

Creating an attachment folder, trying to attach a file, both lead to Exceptions. Sadly, I cannot copy/paste the output, either.

What can I do?

PS: I just uninstalled 0.66 and installed .65 from http://www.glump.net/software/zim-windows.

This version can create attachment folders and add files just alright. So at least we know the problem is new.
