Bug Description

IconTags plugin fails to load, key output lines:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/zim/plugins/__init__.py", line 293, in _foreach
    func(plugin)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/zim/plugins/__init__.py", line 305, in <lambda>

    i_ext = self.get_extension(IconsIndexExtension, index = index)
TypeError: get_extension() got an unexpected keyword argument 'index'

For complete output of zim -D see attachment.

This error does not occur in 0.65-2.

Platform: Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial Xerus, zim installed from ppa.
Gtk version is (2, 24, 30)
Pygtk version is (2, 24, 0)

I find the IconTags plugin very helpful for large notebooks, so I hope this is only a minor regression issue.

I had overlooked that. No regrets on the donation, though - zim is a
great piece of software!
