Zim Wiki 0.65 fails / crashes at startup on Windows 10

EDIT: Solution: use version 0.62 Desktop

I just installed Zim Wiki on Windows 10, but whenever I try to start the program is crashes immediately upon startup. Both the desktop and portable version do this.

ProgrammingError: You must not use 8-bit bytestrings unless you use a text_factory that can interpret 8-bit bytestrings (like text_factory = str). It is highly recommended that you instead just switch your application to Unicode strings.

I installed version 0.62 Desktop and this works perfectly!
