Bug Description
Zim 0.65 - Windows
The "Code Block" objects are always editable even when "Notebook Editable" is not selected.
I tried the Java and Ini languages, and they both have this issue.
I suppose this is a global issue with the Code component.

Seems to be fixed in version 0.66
