automatic git commit should be limited to zim files

Bug Description
zim commits in fixed time spans an autosave to git.
If the notebook is a subdirectory of another git repository this will cause that all changes are committed.
This may be the case, if a large project uses zim to organize stuff and has zim and the code in the same repository.
I suggest that zim commits only the notebook folder recursively.
