zim crashes at startup on windows

Hello,
I have just installed Zim 0.65 on Windows 7. I had a notebook which I was using with Zim 0.63, and when I first launched the new version it correctly opened.
Then before exiting I selected File->Close and the application exited.
When I wanted to open it again, I got the following message and Zim would not open.

Update:
I realized the process was still running in the background. After killing it Zim opened again.
