Callback could not execute after Application.spwan On Windows7

Bug Description

When I do a screenshot, boxcutter execute successfully, but the "insert-screenshot.png" didn't be saved to the notebook. It seemed that the callback does not execute, maybe "gobject.child_watch_add" is uneffective on Windows. I try to google, but could not get more information about it.

When I run "zim -D", zim failed to start.
