Cannot rename Calendar namespace

From Rename page "Calendar":

1. Assign new name.

2. Click OK.

Error dialog says:

Failed to lookup this page in notebook storage.
This is likely a glitch in the application.

UPDATE: Having now enabled several plugins, this problem has gone away.
