Bug Description

Windows EXE build of Zim 0.63 on Windows 8.1 64bit

When I rename a link in the index panel, there is a good chance (90%) that the change will occur and then Zim will crash.

When I launch the Zim again, I get a dialog box saying "The system cannot find the file specified.".

When I launch the Zim again after this failure, Zim loads.

Is this to do with the EXE bundling of the app? Until recently I had a Windows 7 laptop and found that running Zim in Python rather than trusting in the EXE bundle made for a more stable experience. Perhaps I should try that again.

By the way, putting -D on command line for the EXE doesn't appear to generate a bug report. How do I generate one and where will I find it?
