[Feature request] Manage themes (Windows Version)

It is possible to change the theme within the Windows version of Zim. As this is some manual effort, I wrote this plugin as a Python exercise which helps you manage themes within Zim.

TODO:

* When importing large theme files, the gui freezes. So I need to do some threading here...
