Some pages not visible in synchronized wiki

I'm using Zim on two computers, one is running Windows 7, the other is running Arch Linux.

The complete folder is stored in Subversion, the folder .zim is ignored.

Windows version is 0.62, Linux version is zim 0.62-1.

When I add pages to the Linux instance and committing those, after updating the working copy on Windows, the new pages are not visible in Zim. They are visible in the filesystem on Windows of course.

I need to do a fresh checkout on Windows to make the pages visible.

I tried Tools | Update Index, but no effect.

I suspect this behaviour in the discovery or indexing of new pages. Headers of the pages are not suspicious:

Visible in Windows:
$ cat Home/0_Private/Projects/My-Project.txt

Not visible in Windows:

Refactored index, now checking strictly based on folder mtime.

To be confirmed at release.
