Bug Description

Use Case: I want to use an audiences web browsers as a poor man's projector/display - so a handful of users can view Zim pages. Changes to the pages should be visible through the webserver within a few seconds/minutes, without restart.

Actually, updates are never "pushed" to the webserver; updates are only visible after a webserver stop/start cycle. Possibly/probably (?) a cache issue.

Details: Allow Public access is checked and pages are accessible on LAN segment. They remain static even after multiple updates via Zim GUI, including explicit "File -> Save" operations.

Environment: Ubuntu 14.04; Zim 0.60
