Bug Description

Using Zim version 0.62 @ Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS

== Feature (reimplementation) request:
Zim is a really really cool notebook app - nice job (: Been using it for study + project-notes + mass pool for internet-bookmarks for a couple of years now and couldn't imagine a much better workflow or featureset!

>> Though following version 0.62 I've found that two features I use all the time have been removed:
* [ Ctrl + c ] on index entry in the side-pane copies a link of the entry: This doesn't work anymore (on the linux version - I believe it works on Windows). I would use this (together with the following missing feature) to quickly get a link to another zim-page inserted into the current document.
* [Ctrl + Space ] (when being switched on in preferences) switches me to the side-pane - but it doesn't switch me back to the current document when applied again - as it used to do.

The side-pane-switch is really essential for me to use a keyboard-only workflow of typing notes - the other keyboard way I figured, was to use [ Ctrl + R ] when being in the side-pane, to get refocused to the current note. This also refreshes the current note though - so if I'm in the middle of typing a bullet-point list, then the current bullet-point get's deleted. This is reasonable as Zim automatically cleans up the syntax - but it makes the [Ctrl + R] option impractical for my usecase.

Hope to see the earlier features reimplemented - keep up the nice work!

Update:

I tested these two issues on Arch Linux as well, and the [Ctrl + Space] feature works - it toggles between sidepane and current note. [Ctrl + c] for copying a note-reference from side-pane doesn't work in Arch either though.

It might have some kind of influence - on both systems I've been using StumpWM as window manager - right now I don't have any other WM's, but will post an update if I find that it actually works in other WM's.
