Zim 0.61 Multiple TODO sections in task list no longer work

Bug Description
Operating System: Windows 8.1
In Zim 0.60, if multiple TODO sections were included on a single page, the task list would correctly find and list tasks under each section. For example:
TODO:
[] Some task 1
[] Some task 2
other stuff....
TODO:
[] Some task 3
[] Some task 4
In Zim 0.61, only tasks in the first TODO section are found.

Seems to work correctly in 0.64 and covered by test suite
