Page-index should be color-coded for better legibility

Bug Description

As it is, sub-pages are quite hard to distinguish from their parent-pages, especially if many of them are stacked, and moreso if some of their titles are similar.

My suggestion/request is this: color-code every page by "Level" to make them more distiguishable.

Take, for instance:

Level 1: Blue
Level 2: Green
Level 3: Yellow
Level 4: Red

Which translates to:

Blue
|_Green
|_Green
    |_Yellow
    |_Yellow
        |_Red
        |_Red
Blue
|_Green
    |_Yellow
        |_Red
        |_Red

This could be implemented by default or, preferably, as an plugin that can be used to configure the color for each page "Level".

With a tree-style browser like our Page-Index panel, color-coding by level should vastly improve usability.

Easy to patch into the treeview widget, indeed would need plugin to enable it.

Would be easiest when we can limit the number of colors -- is it OK to cycle the same color after e.g. 5 levels ??
