Screenshot outline should be removed

When taking a screenshot and using "Select window or region", the images that are captured always have part of the black outline used to identify the region during selection (see attached image). Removing this outline before taking the screenshot or being able to crop the screenshot would be a major improvement.

One possible solution is to change the selection outline transparency to 100% right before the screenshot is taken. Another is to grab the image 1 extra pixel in each direction, and then crop this off afterwards.

The plugin is using the "scrot" tool to actually capture a screenshot. If
you could see if there is a setting in scrot that makes it look as it
should, I can modify the plugin to use that command.
