UI Conflict with Spell Checker Plugin

Bug Description

(I am not one of these types of users, but I could imagine it could be a nuisance to some.)

1. User enables Spell Checker Plugin
2. User toggles notebook editable
3. User can still right-click on miss-spellings or false positives and change them.

Step #3 conflicts with the UI element of toggling if the notebook in use is editable by the user. Not directly, but in-directly.
