zim 0.60; Ubuntu 10.04
It's easy to drag and drop a page from the index to text for generating a link, but it is not possible right now to refer to a comma separated list of pages.
Any comma following a link is regarded to be part of the link itself, even if you use the link edit dialog afterwards to eliminate the comma. Its gone thereafter also in the text.

Ahh, just found a work around:
a) generate a link
b) add some text with comma to change to text input mode, beginning with a blank as " xx,".
c) Got to end of link and remove the dummy characters " xx", leaving the wanted "," comma.
This will leave the link intact.
